1. Ordering

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Always check the order confirmation. If something is wrong, contact us immediately.

We reserve the right to final sale and any errors in product information or prices.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) or in your local currency including VAT. If you select another country, the currency you have selected will be displayed. We only sell to countries within the EU.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. card, Apple Pay, Klarna, etc.).

3. Delivery

• Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days.

• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of SEK 250 (25 euro) to cover our costs.

4. Right of withdrawal & returns

• According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all labels intact.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or faulty.

• Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 10 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Complaints

If an item is defective or damaged, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Contact us at info@dogpack.se&nbsp with your order number and photos of the defect, and we will help you.

7. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN). You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
