Return and refund policy

At DogPack Sverige AB, we want you to always be satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Returns

• You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all labels intact.

• Returns should be sent back in the original packaging if possible.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to make a return

1. Pack the item well and don't forget to fill out the return form and include it with the package.

2. Affix the return label included with the package and drop it off at your nearest agent.

3. Don't forget to keep your receipt and note the parcel ID for tracking purposes. As a customer, you are financially responsible for ensuring that your return reaches us. 

NOTE! If you want to return an item from a country other than Sweden, please contact info@dogpack.se and we will help you further.

Refund

• Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount within 7 days.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

• Any shipping costs incurred for the original purchase will not be refunded.

• The cost of return shipping within Sweden is SEK 69. For international orders its 12 euro.

Exceptions

• Items that are used, damaged, or missing labels will not be refunded.

• The right to exchange applies subject to availability.
