Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
At DogPack Sverige AB, we want you to always be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the last item in your order.
Order Cancellation You have the right to cancel your order until it has been shipped. Log in to your account to cancel: My Orders & Returns.
Exchanges We offer free exchanges. If you’d like to exchange for a different size, please contact us at info@dogpack.se and we’ll help you.
Returns
You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.
Returns should be sent back in the original packaging, if possible.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (49 SEK within Sweden) unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Pack the item securely, preferably in the package it was delivered in.
- Take the package to a post office or shipping agent and present the return slip—the QR code you received via email.
- Keep your drop-off receipt and note the package ID for tracking. As the customer, you are financially responsible for ensuring that your return reaches us.
Refund
- Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund within 10 days.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
- Any shipping costs associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.
Exceptions
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing tags will not be refunded.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
