Delivery policy

At DogPack Sverige AB, we do our best to ensure that you receive your order quickly and smoothly.

Delivery time

• Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days.

• During promotions, sales, or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

• We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Your order will be delivered to the nearest agent or directly to your home.

Unclaimed packages

Packages that are not collected within the specified time will be returned to us. For unclaimed packages, a fee of SEK 250 (25 euro) will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package is damaged upon delivery or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at info@dogpack.se, and we will help you.
